Securely pack your jewelry in its original Lisa Gozlan pouch and box to ensure it is protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Receive Store Credit

Once our team inspects your returned items, we will issue your store credit via a digital gift card sent directly to your email.
